Royal Mail delivery aims may change as a result of the pandemic:
•UK: 1st Class
•EU: Suspended indefinitely
•Rest of World: 5 – 15 working days

PURCHASE WITH CONFIDENCE: While custom purchases are normally not eligible for return, we will accept them. Except when the problem relates to late delivery – for the duration of the pandemic. The bunting must be returned unused, unphotographed and we will deduct the nominal cost of posting from any refund.
