PURCHASE WITH CONFIDENCE: While custom purchases are normally not eligible for return, we will accept them. Except when the problem relates to late delivery – for the duration of the pandemic. The bunting must be returned unused, unphotographed and we will deduct the nominal cost of posting from any refund.
